Full Service Staging
The whole shebang! A fully furnished, installed design that elevates your listing to stand out on the market. We curate every detail to highlight the best features of the home and strategically design to guide the buyer’s eye both online and in person.
Physical staging helps homes sell faster, which can save you thousands in ongoing mortgage and carrying costs. Many of our clients come to us after their empty or virtually staged listings have sat on the market for months. Once we staged, we often see these homes sell in weeks. That’s why we believe in doing it right the first time.
Unlike many staging firms, we do not charge a rental fee. We believe the purpose of staging is to help your home sell quickly, so charging fees when the market takes longer than expected feels contrary to that goal. Our furnishings stay in place until you ask us to pick them up.
Partial Staging
Our stagings are made for you. We will meet you where your’e at where most staging firms wont.
We know that real life doesn’t always make it possible to exit your space before a sale. Or, you have already moved out but have select pieces you’d like to incorporate in a space to be more economic.
We walk-through to evaluate your home, layout, and existing furnishings.
Our proposal will map out our expertise on what to keep, or temporarily store as well as what we would bring in to elevate the listing and the staging fee.
Our scope can include project management for moving items into storage, painting and repairs should your project call for it.
Once installed, your home will feel like yours but will appeal to the broader market and ensure a faster sale, getting you closer to your next steps.

ListingPhoto Styling
You’re a realtor or seller who wants a designer’s eye to make the most of your listing photos and doesn’t need partial or full staging.
Prior to the day, you send us photos of the current space and we send you expert insight on how to prepare and we curate our items to bring in.
2 hours before the photography session we arrive on site and prepare the home with edits, and targeted enhancements. By introducing greenery, textiles and details to create an elevated image.
We remain on-site for the shoot to adjust as needed for the best shots possible.
Afterwards, we provide the option to reset the space or you may keep our items for extended use.

Consultation
We will do a free walkthrough of your listing to discuss the best staging strategy. Then we will send a proposal with the scope & one time staging fee.
Planning
Each listing is unique and so as soon as funds are received, we create the strategic design, schedule and coordinate with the building for a smooth transformation.
Install Day
Once the furnishings are delivered, we make the space come alive. With a keen eye for listing photography we make sure every detail is perfectly placed and ready for an outstanding listing.
De-stage
As soon as your home sells, we coordinate with the building for de-staging. This removal is included in the one time staging fee.
